SHIPPING INFORMATION/
TERMS
Shipping will be via UPS Ground Service. Next Day, Second Day,& Three Day air service is available but must be paid in full by the customer. Shipping charges are based on your UPS Zone. (Click here for zone chart) When your order qualifies for free shipping, Elite Online Marketing reserves the right to determine the best way for shipping. In the event that you wish an alternate carrier, any excess shipping charges will be charged on your invoice.
If an order is returned to us by UPS for any reason, the additional shipping charges and a $9.00 service charge will be charged to your account. If 2 orders are returned, the account will revert to PREPAID ONLY without prior notice.
DAMAGES:
In case of hidden shipment damages, please do the following:
UPS SHIPMENT
Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material. Contact info@lselite.com within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product name. We will notify UPS. UPS will pick up the damaged product and return it to us. We will issue credit to your account once the product is returned.
IMPORTANT
***SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPMENTS
Because of our double-check packing system, we have a minimum amount of errors. On the rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any other problems exist, contact our office within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.
