I am one of Pat and Marcia's newest clients in that I have only been a client since the beginning of this year, 2012. They are beautiful people that I could tell wanted my best. Their son called me today to give me a friendly reminder that my monthly payment would be coming in a few days. This gave me the chance to tell them about my most recent medical need which meant a trip to the hospital. They encouraged me to get on a special hospital plan at the end of 2011 to cover what my new Medicare Advantage plan would not. I am so glad they encouraged me to get this plan. I just came out of the hospital after a week's stay. Because they cared enough to nudge me to get this hospital plan I will have no bill and will in fact also have a little extra money to help with some other medical costs not totally covered by my plan. They have great personalities. They treated me so well. Marcia is so sweet and beautiful! I believe they are going to help me and be there for me. The fact that they called today lets me know that they intend to care for me and help me when I need it. I also appreciate the ability and concern they have to clearly explain what is best for me.
