About Us: 
We are a husband and wife team that has offered professional and personal help to hundreds of Arkansas seniors in the areas of Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Life/Burial and Funeral Trusts, Hospital plans etc. We meet with our prospective clients in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. Our son is a business major at ASU and works for us doing marketing, setting appointments and helping with general office functions.

When you become a client of most online insurance companies, you have no personal representative and that means no personal representation. There is no better plan or offer that a company can make you directly. The premiums are the same if you go through us or direct to the company. The difference (and it is a huge one) is that you don't have anyone to personally help you who knows your situation and what is best for you. People make this mistake very often of not working with an agent. When they need help; it means sitting on hold, trying to find the right person to help them etc. It is not so with us and our clients. We are there to assist you with everything we are able to help with. That is our promise to all of our clients and we live up to it consistently in some form or fashion. When it comes to issues with insurance companies; it is not a matter of if, but rather when they will surface. Let us be there with you when they do!

Clearly the most important thing to all of our clients is knowing that we have their best interest in mind. We answer our phone when they call, call back as promptly as we are able and always try to help with any concerns. We helped a man get a medicine in a unique situation when it could have meant life or death for him. That was on a weekend. We are meeting with family of his this day I type this to look at other options for their insurances. Finding an agent for needed help after you become their client can be somewhat of a challenge with many agents. Not with us! Everyone gets a business card or several and we make ourselves available.

We are not high pressure and believe that our role is to first see if there is a fit with our prospective clients and then and only then look at solutions. This is very different from the status quo agent that tries to make a sale of some kind in every home he or she goes into. We realize that not everyone is best served by our solutions in every scenario.

Most internet-based companies that offer Medicare solutions have you fill in all of your contact information and "seem" to promise an immediate quote for you. What then happens is you receive emails and phone calls for days, weeks, months and yes even years after. Honesty and integrity are what mark and separate the caring agents from those that operate from a deceptive model. We live by this total honesty with our clients everyday. My wife and I work together to accomplish everything we can that is in the best interest of our clients. I do the presenting of ideas and solutions, make recommendations etc. She is excellent at doing paperwork and helping with those details. As stated, our son (who is a business major at ASU) markets for us, sets our appointments, calls to remind clients when payments are coming up and things of that nature.
